Title: What is this tune (lyric "yeah.. turn on.. the Redlight")?

I heard this massive tune on an internet dance radio station recently (can't remember which one) ... the lyrics is "yeah yeah yeah, turn on, the redlight" or something like that .... female singer with a really rough but sexy voice? Any ideas?
