Alright people. It's time to share another one of my musical creations.
I heard this track last weekend on Helen K's show "Space Ride", and felt like making a little remix of it. Everything in this production is 100% my work. The melody was re-created by ear (no midi files), the drums are my own original pattern (no loops), and the synths were chosen by me.
This is a rip from my set earlier on Party107 today. I chose to post a rip because this is unfinished and it sounds better pitched up.
Things That Need Work:
- Bassline. I would like it to sound a little less buzzy and fuzzy, and a bit thicker.
- Possibly better drum transitions between parts of the track
- Add additional ambient background noises/pads?
- Any suggestions you might have
Thanks for any feedback!

I Loved it, great production Mark, keep up the good work :D
Great track, Mark! I'd love a high quality copy when you're all finished! Good work, man.
Thanks guys :). Really appreciate the feedback!
Don't sounds bad either!! (forgot to say, I'm not a dj, so can give really usefull comments...)
Part I loved most was from +/- 3min 26 to 4min 20...
So how's the remix coming, Mark? Have you got a finished product yet? If you do, I'd love to play it this Friday.
Let me know where you're at.
Hey Jake, return my call ;) sometime, lemme know if you got any slots at that lounge place
Hey Jake. Unfortunately I am on a completely different computer, as my main workstation/production PC is still having tons of problems.
Right now, I'm trying to print out the RMA form for the motherboard so I can get that in the works. That could take up to a month, however I may buy another motherboard to use in the meantime.
So, basically the status is what it was before. I have a .wav file of the other, but from opinions so far it does need tweaking.
I wish I could work on it here in FreeBSD (like Linux), however Fruity doesn't run in *nix, or in WINE afaik.
Thanks for your interest though. I really do hope to finish this soon so I have at least one 100% completely finished product.
