what media players do you prefer to listen to music on?

On Windows, Winamp. On Mac, iTunes. On Linux, XMMS. Although I do play some mp3s in RealPlayer sometimes. All my streams are in Winamp though.

for me i use winamp for streams, and windows media for mp3s since i just open browser and click the sets and songs

It is possible to use xmms using only a command prompt.

And there are a lot of nice console mp3 player, like MP3Blaster (http://www.stack.nl/~brama/mp3blaster.html).

i dont have my server runnin much, so its no big deal

My personal choice is Winamp .. very customizable and user friendly... and hella plugin's :)

i'm using linux more of the time and i use xmms on it..
on win i like jet audio {} but i use winamp

i vote XMMS for I'm in Linux ... ,but to me real media player is Kaffeine or VLC
