Please advise me on what it could be from..????

I am havinglapse of memoryfor about the last fourmonth when I wake up in the morning and it last periodically throughout the day I don't know why  .. . . . ? ?!This hasn't happened before I just moved to a new villa but I don't see why it would be that. Please tell me on what it could be from..?
