I don't have any idea how you post a pic of what my desktop looks like but here is the pic that I use.
It's a picture I used on an old mix of mine called "Wake Up"

Step-by-step tutorial:
1. Run Windows.
2. Press [Print Scrn SysRq] button on your keyboard (most of the time it is bellow your Number Lock LED).
3. Run Paint/Photoshop/etc.
4. Press Ctrl + v.
5. Save the picture in a somekind of format, but not a big one like .bmp or so.
6. Host it either on your website/own-space if you have some, or you use any kind of free picture hosting system, like uhm... http://www.imageshack.us
7. Post a reply here with the code (http://path_to_image)
8. The end.
