dificulties in reading the text

Good day!   I have such difficulties at reading a site http://www.party107.com.  On the screen of my monitor are very strange and not clear signs instead of  letters.  Probably you have some technical problems on the site?  Prompt me please how to make so that letters on the monitor became letters again, instead of be not clear signs as now?  I thank in advance
