Another new feature added is...

When posting a new thread (Grey style only), to the right of the "Title" box is a small magnifying glass and piece of paper. If you type in a subject and click on the magnifying glass, it will search the forums for similar topics to make sure you do not double post.

This is more for new users to the forums, but its kind of useful :D

Thats tremendous news - I did not know this and have just posted

so I will apologise now, I'm bound to have broken the rules.

Great idea though, very impressive.

Thank you and maybe sorry.

No problem...just there for a convenience ;)

EDIT: Actually, since this is a custom theme made for us, I don't think that feature is there.

I think you're right because I tried it last night to no avail.

Thanks anyway for your reply.

No news on Gate 42 is there?

Announcing a new feature....Integration with the chat room!

New threads created on the Party107 Forums are immediately posted in the IRC chatroom to notify everyone.

The output looks like:

Quote

NEW -> Topic by DJ_Mark: A Test in Idle Conversation
Read more -> http://www.party107.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1307

Remember, the chatroom is at:

irc.mixxnet.net / #party107
http://www.mixxnet.net/java/?channel=party107

Enjoy :)

If your a new thread (style gray only), on the right side of the "Title" box is a small magnifying glass and paper. If you enter a subject and click the magnifying glass, there is no place in the forum for similar questions, to ensure that you do not double post.
